"My crawl space was flooding and I wasn't sure where the water was coming from. I put my problem on Home Advisor and received a call from Poseidon to come out and give me a free estimate. Jordan called on the day and asked if he could come a little earlier than planned, which worked out better for me.. He diagnosed that my downspouts needed to be rerouted to get the water away from house and that my pressure tank for my well had rusted and would need to be replaced. He gave me a reasonable estimate. Just to make sure I, as an older single women didn't get taken for a ride, I got a second estimate from another company. The diagnosis was exactly the same, but the price was much higher. I called and scheduled with Jordan for the tank replacement. He was able to schedule me the for the following Monday. Jordan called me 30 minutes before arrival and because it was a rainy, windy, messy day and I asked if he would rather do it another time. He insisted it was fine and did an amazing job! He also helped me find where I could purchase the materials for the rainspout rerouting. What a great experience with knowledgeable professionals. I have already recommended Poseidon to my relatives in the area!"

"These folks were great to work with, They responded to my request for a consultation immediately and set up an appointment that suited my schedule. They arrived on time and listened carefully as I described the leak problem and the desire to replace the shower with a nicer but not luxury model. They told me what to expect as we replaced the shower and the possibilities for where the leak would be found. The shower enclosure was one I could buy at HD or Lowes and the price for the full job was not low - but it was reasonable considering the labor involved in bringing the old wallboard and shower parts down the steps by hand. The enclosure looked great when complete. Of course we had to get the wallboard that abutted the shower fixed by another contractor - but we knew that going in. Everything was done within 5 days of the estimate - 2 guys, i day, and they cleaned up after themselves completely. They were very understanding about our small dog who wanted to help. The only problem I had was the fact that when I tried to order a door insert, I discovered that the lip of the new shower was a mm off of level. You cannot install an insert if the lip is not true level according to Lowes. I could have chosen to call Seaside and have them fix it, but my family preferred a shower curtain, so it was not important. We plan to use them as our plumber for regular maintenance in the future. I would definitely recommend to anyone based on their knowledge and honesty."

"This is why I really like working with Jim. First of all, he took a late evening phone call from me, when I was really just expecting to get voicemail. Prior to scheduling, he actually suggested a way to see if I can fix the disposal on my own and walked me through what to do over the phone. Unfortunately, whatever was stuck in there (looked like a metal object), was really stuck and would not budge. Jim came the next day and installed a new garbage disposal for a very fair price."

I contacted MJ home services about possible mold in my attic. Not only
did I find a wonderful company to help me but I feel like I made a
friend. Their compassion goes beyond words.It was so nice and refreshing
to find a company that not only cared about the job, but were just as
concerned about the safety and well being of my family as well.  My only
complaint is that they do not do EVERYTHING in home repair :-); if they

"He did a real good job of cleaning up. He has a helper and he always works with him. He does not put him on the job and come back and check later. He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. I am concerned about matching colors on my roof and he paid details to that. My brother said however they had not fill up a couple of ports on the roof. He thought they over looked it other than that he did a good job."

"It went great! I didn't want to spend a lot of money. Their sales person( Mr. Williams), met me at the house and showed me several ways to keep the cost down. I had decided on granite counter tops for durability and maintenance but knew very little about the product. Mr. Williams took me to the show room that they use and answered all my questions about the different grades of granite offered. We found a color that blended well with my flooring. I ordered  the cabinets  and was not disappointed, and they arrived on schedule. The installation of the cabinets and counter tops went off without a hitch. I am very pleased with the quality and price that I paid. Next year, I plan to replace my current kitchen and I definitely will use this company again. Very nice and professional!"
