"I initially hired them to fix frozen pipes and a broken water meter. They responded quickly to my call even though it was right after a blizzard. They also diagnosed that I had considerably high pressure, 110 in the house and adjusted that accordingly. I also chose to have them install a small heating system in the space under my house to help reduce problems with future pipe freezes. I have an unusual situation where my house is elevated because I am in a flood zone which makes the lower pipes more prone to freezing. They got the entire system and plumbing work done in a single day and now the underside of my house is much warmer and hopefully this will prevent future pipe freezes and bursts."

"Called the office and was able to schedule an appointment within the hour, technician arrived quickly, very friendly and helpful. He couldn't find the main cause but helped clean connection points and get the unit running again quickly - provided detailed explanation of service.
