Steve, and his crews, were punctual and courteous, and the installation went smoothly. "Zach Brown initially came to fix leaking water situation and then realized there was damage due to water seepage. After that damage is repaired, Zach will return to put plumbing back in order, including replacing faucets which had to be cut out to allow removal of granite countertop, reconnect water lines and possibly reinstall a new Reverse Osmosis system since the old one had to be removed. Can't say enough about Zach -- his professionalism, his explanation of what's being done and options for replacing/improving plumbing under kitchen sink, pipes, etc."

"I needed to replace an older AC unit that is in a very tight spot in an attic. I had 4-5 people out to look at it and I thought Atlantic (Bill) was by far the most knowledgable and had the best understanding of what I needed, and did the best job explaining it to me. Their pricing was about the same as everyone else so that was the reason I went with them. After we scheduled the install I didn't hear from them until the day before (a Sunday) when I had to reach out to the office. But other than that the installation couldn't have been smoother. Kyle and his team were exactly on time each morning and were very nice and professional and got everything installed smoothly with very minimal need from me. Would definitely recommend."

"He arrived earlier and took a full hour to clean and inspect the chimney which hadn't been cleaned in at least 25 years. The chinmay was oil then last yeara converted to gas. He said the chimney had only minor debris and recommended we install liner eventually and a better rain cap and also to add a clean out door.  He addressed why we could need a liner and what to do until we have a liner installed (ie carbon monoxide alarm on all floors).  All in all we are very happy with the service provided and the attention to detail with both the work done and talking about the liner, etc recommendations. We highly recommend Chimney Chap.

The water shut off for our faucet is inside the house, which created a little more work for the installer, but he was able to finish the install without an issue.
