"Overall, I'm happy, the work was completed in a time frame and duration to my satisfaction. I thought the scheduling was a bit clumsy, I think the person that initially answered my call was at a job, thus, may have been distracted. So, he had forgotten to ask me for my house # and told me that it was the "21st century" and that they communicate via text. I don't have a problem with text messages, but to be told that is a primary form of communication is not preferred by me, but it was my wife who was home, so she likes texting more than me and I let it be.
The technician did not show up at the scheduled time, but he did call my wife and explain that the job took longer than expected and gave an estimated time when he would be over, which he was, so I appreciated this professionalism.
Finally, the total bill was less than I expected and it took less time than I thought, and he didn't try to upsell or try to convince us to purchase a product or service that we didn't need, so I greatly appreciated that, but I do believe there is a markup on the parts. I'm not complaining about this because I believe that even though you take care of a customer, you still have to make money. What I also liked, was that I was asked how I heard of them, and when I said Angies list, He immediately gave me the coupon price and did not "neglect" to tell me about the deal, but honored it.
So, I would probably use again. Hopefully not soon.
