What I had thought was a small job connecting my mini split turned into something much bigger, and Ryan handled it professionally and with great humor. He took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing and I was more than pleased with the result. He even took the time to help me figure out the newly designed, non-intuitive remote control, even though that certainly wasn't his job. He couldn't have been more professional and kind.
