He was good like that but I found he was very distracted. When he came for my appointment, he kept on getting telephone calls. Instead of ignoring them he would answer them. The interaction was okay. The quote was pretty detailed from what I recall. I don't know that I would recommend him just based on the interaction I had. I just feel like if you're going to be at someone's home and you're going to give them an estimate, I know he had other things going on but I felt like he needed to give me his undivided attention at that time.
