They started the job and then had to go get a part. They came right back, continued to work on the gas line. The job couldn't be finished that day, they needed to go get one more special fitting and would need to come back the next work day. We paid half in good faith. The following day they returned with the needed fitting, completed the job. Paul & Kevin were professional and courteous, the area was cleaned and everything was in working order. We had to shut off the water main, so this situation had to be fixed quickly! He called us after 4 PM yesterday, and was at our house before 9 AM today. The job was quickly and efficiently performed.
