"Bryan Rodriguez, the owner of Nord Fence, undertook the installation of a covered patio at my property. I am writing to confirm that Bryan and his team failed to execute this job by industry standards and best practices. The company improperly attached a covered terrace to my existing roof. After several expert roofing assessments, it has been determined that their work did not comply with established roofing codes and regulations. Consequently, my entire roof now requires replacement due to the structural integrity being jeopardized by condensation and water damage resulting from the negligent installation. Furthermore, the actions of this company have compromised the integrity of my metal roof, which may expose them to potential liability for damages incurred. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter amicably, Bryan has been unaccountable and has not followed through on any communications. I am deeply concerned about the financial implications of these repair costs and disheartened that a company would engage in such practices that exploit consumers. After discussing the broken torsion spring and what it would take to replace it - including me sending pictures, he quoted me a very fair price and said he would be able to come do the repair the next day at 10 AM. Next day at 10 AM, there he was on my doorstep. About 40 minutes later the replacement was complete, including some minor adjustments that were also needed, all included in the original quoted price. The door is now working perfectly. I heartily recommend Steve and his business for any and all garage door installations or service."
