"They came within a day and converted by old 3 knob setup to a more modern 1 knob setup which required cutting and reconfiguring pipes. The whole job was done in a half day and the shower/bath was repaired. Very nice plumber and front office team as well."

Very excited now I never run out of hot water, Michael also installed hot water return system now I have hot water in very remote bathroom in the matter of seconds. "Bob Larson is a scam. I bought a $10,000 on-demand water heater in November 2023. Bob Larson Plumbing recommended and installed the unit; at first, it was great. Since December 2024, the system has been having issues randomly turning itself off. It was more of a nuisance than a real issue at first. I could turn it back on. Bob Larson was called and came out twice but could not resolve the issue. In March of 2025, the problem got worse, and hot water was random at best, even if I reset the heater manually. Instead of resolving the issue or exchanging it, Bob Larson Plumbing is trying to sell me another unit. I am still under warranty. My original receipt shows a 5-year warranty on parts and labor. Bob Larson is an upselling scam. They will not be getting any more of my money."
