"Dan and his Dylan were phenomenal. I contacted Dan a few weeks ago when I noticed the blower fan on one outdoor AC unit was not working. Dan was booked out for a few weeks for regular maintenance service calls (and now I can I understand why he's in high demand). I did not need urgent service since the weather was fair and I had another AC unit to hold us over. Dan was able to special order a new motor ahead of our appointment and bring it with him. Besides being very friendly, and of course, punctual and professional, he was very easy to work with when discussing overall HVAC concerns in my home that we recently moved into. After repairing the fan motor for a great price, they also did an above-and-beyond cleaning+fixups on the indoor and outdoor units. Needless to say, I'm VERY happy with their service and will have them back in the fall for winter readiness and potentially to rework some ducts (my idea, not his)....and I hope for many years to come! "Adem at AAC was amazing and I highly recommend him for HVAC services. I had two HVAC units that needed replacement after 25+ years of operation. He performed the job quickly with his helper and left everything clean. Since this was a large job, I reached out to 3 other companies for quotes including some very large names and another family operated business. Adem was the last person I met, was more knowledgeable, and provided a reasonable price. His quote was significantly cheaper than the large, brand name company that operates in the area and in line with the more reasonable operators but provided slightly better equipment. I ultimately chose him after speaking with a neighbor who provided a great recommendation for him as well. The process was smooth, both units inside and out were completed within a day and half with little to no oversight or bother to me (I work from home). After the units were installed he filed inspection paperwork and was in contact with me until that was complete. My first mechanical inspection failed, because of faulty work that was done by a prior technician. Adem had warned me about those potential minor issues before he left as well. Adem immediately returned and fixed those issues at no additional cost. I saved Adem's information and will never waste my time getting other quotes if I ever have an issue with my system at this property or any others in the area. There is no reason to go with anyone else just leave it to Adem."

"I have been going to WPSC during the past 1.5 year. One concern I had when I moved to the area was finding a trust worthy service center. I have tried a few, but WPSC has been the most reliable, trustworthy shop in the area. I have brought all three cars to this shop for inspections, oil/filter change, and other necessary services (one of the cars is still under warranty, but we still bring the car here for non-warranty related services).

On two occasions, I brought a car for strange noises: WPSC road tested the car and made adjustments (e.g., greasing up the joints) without charging for the time. I trust their work and the way they maintain relationships with customers. I would highly recommend this shop."

He took time to describe the troubleshooting and repair, explaining in layman terms so I could understand the what and whys of what needed repaired. He also makes a point of keeping the most common parts on hand, like the thermal coupler. He thoroughly inspected the unit and surroundings and stayed to ensure the unit was working to expectation. Andrew also gave quotes, with descriptions, and took the time to show me the reasoning for the preventative maintenance that he was advising, informative but not pushy or overbearing, and as a woman, who has been taken advantage of by other service providers, it was refreshing to find honesty, respect and the willingness for explanation. Confirmed the night before via call, voicemail and text message. Arrived earlier than expected and started the job right away. They showed and explained to me what was wrong from beginning to end of job. They even took the time to explain to me what to notice next time if i'm having the same issue. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
