"My prior water heater, a 50-gallon tank, started leaking after 15 years. I called Streamline to confirm that it needed replacement, and to replace it. I was considering a tankless water heater already, and the first tech walked me through the pros and cons, then wrote up an estimate. Two additional techs came the next day to install the heater and the necessary gas and power lines. The only issue I had was that one of the newly installed gas fittings leaked gas into the basement. I shut off the supply valve and called Streamline, and they came out within half an hour to fix it at their expense. I had never heard of a media filter, but went with it because I wasn't changing my filters in the 12 foot ceilings like I should have. Installers were awesome. So courteous, they actually put down a plastic strip up our stairs so as not to track anything. In addition put down protection under the attic so as not to damage the floors. Extremely happy with the whole experience, will be recommending them to everybody."
