"We have used Darrow before for our unit and the condo association and were extremely satisfied. We called him again when our heating unit stopped working. We called on a Friday afternoon and we asked if he could come out the next day or Monday and he insisted that we not wait (since we were having a cold spell) and came out the next day and worked around our schedule. He's friendly, knowledgeable and his price is always fair and reasonable (and he didn't charge extra for a weekend). He also diagnosed the problem right away and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. He also noticed on the roof a problem with our neighbor's unit and he replaced the cover to a water spout so they wouldn't get water leaking in (and did it at no charge). We're always apprehensive any time we have to hire someone for repairs, but Darrow has proved himself to be our go-to person for heating (and air conditioning should we need that). "Sev was a total gentleman & didn’t mind letting me know the problems he was having while diagnosing the overall situation, which is very important to me. He also put up with my tiny rugrat as he lay on the floor to get to wires & she fighting to get to his ankles for a good cleaning! Thank goodness the owner was there to intervene! Really, though, Sev went out of his way to make sure I had AC today & not a moment later! He even threw in a much needed extra in order to make sure my ac was cooling at top speed! I’m grateful & my tears of relief are real. I don’t do well in the heat & my landlord is not really able to help me with this issue now. I can finally rest well tonight! "Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Breezeway was very nice. They were prompt and did a good job. However, we negotiated them fixing one piece of ducting. They didn't fix it and said that, if we found that it continued to have problems, they'd come back and repair it. Well, it needed to be repaired when it was clear that it still wasn't working. Breezeway became unresponsive to numerous attempts to get in touch. So, while I thought they did a great job in the beginning, their lack of follow through left a bad taste in my mouth. For that reason, I'm not going to call on them again.
