Everything below reflects events that occurred in my home and my personal observations and opinions based on those events. My wife and I hired 128 Plumbing for an oil to gas conversion and related heating work, including the installation of a Lochinvar WHB 110 gas boiler. The total financed cost was approximately $25,371 after rebates, with an additional roughly $2,000 for a gas line related to a stove conversion. After the installation, we experienced repeated operational issues with the system. These included multiple boiler lockouts that resulted in periods without heat. When the system was running, temperatures in certain rooms were inconsistent.
