"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Repairman did a quick and expert job. He was helpful and informative."

"Had to file a claim for new clothes dryer, and repairs on fridge. Foothills Star Appliance came to look at both. Eric was the repairman. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I would highly recommend his company."

"It's a $75 service fee every time they send somebody out. It's cheap, you know it's insurance. They're excellent. I have no problems. I've been with them for years. They're fair. They give you a warranty on the repairs that are made. They're always responsive, I've never had any issues with their punctuality. The only problem I have with them is the wait time. The wait time to get to a human is sometimes extended to 20 or 30 minutes sometimes. They got prompts; you can do everything online, but sometimes you need to talk to a customer service representative about something. It takes so long, you'll get to them and once you get to them they're always responsive it just takes them a long time. I renew every year; it's a one-year renewable."

"James was on time and very helpful in addressing the issue with my washer."

"We had issue with our washing machine leaking as soon as we started it yesterday. I came to Home Advisor and searched for someone to help with appliance repair in my area and David's company came up so I called him. He was so pleasant and had ideas already of what the issue was and promised to be at our house today between 10-12. He was right on time, my husband thought he was very nice and professional and we plan to hire MTN Corp again for other projects we need done around the house!"
