We are a Certified Aquascape Contractor (CAC) We install water features primarily throughout the northeast Ohioo area and others areas of Ohio and western Pa on occasion. Landscape Professionals has been in business since 1981. We do not sub contract any of our projects out to other contractors but we do work for other contractors on occasion as sub contractors to those specific companies. Landscape Professionals has had displays at every Home & Garden Show at both the IX center as well as the Great Lakes Exposition Center when that facility was in business for the past 6 years. Currently we are a smaller company having less then 5 employees and have no intentions of increasing our size that might effect the exceptional customer service we have been able to maintain throughout our existence as a company. Besides cash or check, we accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Our normal procedure for contracts involving installations is 50% down within 10 days of schedule start of per contract and the balance is payable upon completion of work.

"They were trying to pour concrete in 90 degree weather, and it was drying faster than they could finish it. 1/3 of the concrete turnaround had no finish. The Mountainview owner wanted to tear out part of the concrete and redo it, but all of it needed to be torn out due to poor quality. I refused to allow them to do the other 1/2 of the job (which was to replace the gravel driveway with concrete). The concrete had unevenness, the finish was poor, and there were holes in the concrete at the ends of the joints, so water could get in. They splattered concrete on part of the walkway next to the turnaround. They left two 2-foot high piles of concrete at the end of the driveway because the cement truck ran out of water."

They did our basement in 2020. When a contractor worked in the basement in 2024, he found water everywhere. Ohio State Waterproofing admitted they installed their very expensive waterproofing system incorrectly. We had $10,000 worth of damage because of their faulty install. They said they would redo the system but would NOT pay for the $10,000 damage their faulty install caused. Then to make matters worse, when we went to install our carpet months later (the concrete has to cure), the concrete came up in chunks - Ohio State Waterproofing did a FAULTY INSTALL NOT ONCE BUT TWICE. Our basement was completely unusable for months while the concrete cured AGAIN. Again, they redid the waterproofing a third time but made no effort to compensate us for our unusable basement or stress because of their terrible company."
