"I requested Cesar (with Anthony Plumbing) come back to do a toilet installation because he had recommended a replacement the last time he was here. I felt he was professional, and knowledgeable, and now that the installation is complete, my confidence in Cesar's ability was justified. I have used Anthony Plumbing Heating Cooling for years. They replaced my central heat, later my central air, and recently replaced all the old cast iron pipes in my 60 year old home. I trust this company to stand behind their work. Plus, every technician they've ever sent out have been top notch."

"I had to find emergency service for my furnace because it stopped working. I contacted several places trying to get help because it was extremely cold. Dad's was even booked up and Dan was doing his best to see if he could rearrange things on his schedule to come help me and my kids. Unfortunately, he was too booked and unable to come out that day. I continued trying to find assistance for at least sometime that week and was struggling to even receive a call back from anyone that day. The next morning I thought I would have to start the whole process over trying to find service but to my luck, Dan from Dad's called me to check and see if I was able to find anyone to help me out. I told him I still hadn't found anyone yet and was worried I was going to end up with frozen pipes if I didn't figure it out soon because it was so cold. Dan rearranged the schedule and had someone come out and to service our furnace that day. We found out what we were pretty sure we already knew, the whole system needed replaced because it was 20 years old. Dan got his crew right on top of things and helped us get a brand new system put in on the coldest day of the year. On top of that, he helped out by making it more affordable and doing it in phases so it was financially easier on us to get it all replaced and installed. We now have the whole system installed and I couldn't be happier with all the great customer service and quick installation of the system. He even called to check on the system after installation of the heater about 6 weeks later. When the company's name is Dad's you can only hope you are treated like family and Dan was very honest up front and fair about everything from beginning to end. He made sure my family was safe and comfortable just like a dad would do. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them."

"Purchased the heating/AC units in October 2013 and the first winter with the new unit was great. During the sales process I was given a detailed proposal of the specs and pricing for three options so I knew exactly what I was getting. The installation process was smooth and the technicians were professional. When it came time for the spring tune up, they actually called me to set up an appointment. "The crew were very professional and polite. They were extremely quick in getting our sewer issue resolved if it meant working in the rain. It only took a day and a half to diagnose our sewer backup, dig a trench in the front yard, lay new PVC in place of the old damaged and root plugged clay pipe and pipe bursting with new HDPE pipe to replace the rusted out cast iron pipe underneath the house. This included on the second full day working till 9:00 PM in a mud pit in the rain to get new sewer line installed. I was admired by their dedication even when they were running into issues. When the issues arose they increased the crew size to guarantee the project was finish that day. There were also cheaper than the other quotes we received for replacing the line from under our house to our driveway near the street. I will defiantly use them again."

"Erick and his crew took out our garbage disposal, dishwasher, and replaced the oven hood in the kitchen. They replaced the old wooden baseboards (which had mold) and toilets in the bathroom. They also installed a water softener and replaced our water heater. Erick and his workmen were extremely kind and polite, being perfect gentlemen while in our condo. While installing the new toilet when they noticed an issue that could cause water to leak to the unit below our Erick sought to remedy the situation so that would not occur and his crew worked late to fix the crack and install the new toilet. Erick was flexible and was willing to incorporate any changes we needed. When the work was completed, Erick only charged us the amount of his original quote. We plan to contact Arcadia in the future for additional work we need to have done."

"A very nice Mr Scruggs came by and checked out air conditioner-NO SERVICE CHARGE- called me and gave me a couple of options. We opted to try to repair rather than replace. Mr Scruggs worked on the air conditioner for 2 hours, got it back up and running and charged $225. Another company wanted $700 to dump some Freon in. Scruggs Seevices is applying the money for repair to a new unit if need be. Unit is 20 years old. His new unit quote is thousands less than that other company, too."
