They responded to call within 45 minutes, evaluated issue, gave us price, Within another half hour equipment showed up. Staff was friendly professional and efficient. Start to finish from initial phone call to replaced main with running water re-established was just over 4 hours. Really impressive company with great customer service. Thank you!"

"Ryan is very responsive. He was aware of how hot the weather was going to continue to be and fit me in immediately He did complete central ac compressor and furnace with heat pump. Labelled all pipes to outside, installed new thermostat and on and on. I can not say enough about how satisfied I am with the job. Also my house is finally getting the cold air to top floor! "I needed 2 backflow preventers replaced , a water heater repaired and a to0ilet repaired. I had a quote from a very famous local plumbing/heating company for $4000! I called Doug for a second opinion and he came in at HALF the price!! and that was AFTER I showed him the first quote! He didn't seem surprised at all about the first quote. Not only was he half the price but he pointed out that my 6 year warranty on my water heater had 6 months left and said I could get a new one thru that warranty for $100!!! He took care of going thru the company getting me the new heater. He completed the job in a few hours. I will NEVER call another plumber again! My recommendation is to run, not walk, to get Doug for your needs. On top of that he is so very nice. I would give 10 stars if I could."

"George A. and Nathan arrived as scheduled. They replaced the faucet, garbage disposal and cleared the clogged pipe. Throughout the time they were here, they were respectful and courteous. Whenever, I had a question, George was very responsive. After, the work was completed, I was able to test the faucet and garbage disposal. They also cleaned up after the work was completed. I would strongly recommend them for future jobs."

"Chris was fantastic! Our usual HVAC company couldn't come out until over 48 hours later, and it was in the 90's out - the house was getting hot! Chris was recommended on a local FB page and he was able to come that day. He was professional and answered all our questions in terms we could understand. We hadn't had out unit cleaned in the 4 years we've lived in our home. Chris offered to come out and give it a good cleaning the following week for a very reasonable price. When he was finished, the unit was quieter and it honestly seems more efficient. Chris will be our new "regular" HVAC person! I will recommend Chris to my friends and family needing HVAC service."
