"Preston and his crew were here and working right away to get our floors and crawl space dry. We had 5 rooms that got flooded and needed drying out. In order to do that, they had to remove the carpet and flooring and test where water had gotten to. They worked hard to get this done in less than one day. They cleaned up every speck of debrie and disposed if it. The fans and dehumidifiers ran continuously for 3 days and they were here first thing in the morning to check and remove their equipment. They helped us so much and I would definately reccomend them to anyone needing water restoration services. They are true, knowledgable, professionals that do an excellent job. No complaints at all with this company. And they give free estimates! No unnecessary fees were added to increase their quote. Straight-up company!"

"Tri State Flood sent the work to Property Restoration Inc. so this review is about my experience working with Property Restoration Inc. The team from Property Restoration Inc. was great - showed up early, did a thorough job cleaning up a water leak in a finished basement and provided professional advice and follow up. A+ team!"

"OMG! They're amazing and so neat! I had a smallish water leak from the water service line in the yard and the whole process took 20 hours from calling them to the repair being done! It was seamless; they were reasonable and the work was so professional. It never even looks like there was a leak in the yard. I'll be making some other small plumbing repairs around my house and I'm calling them to do it all! Superior service! A+"

"I had a great experience with United Water Restoration Group. The estimate was completed in a timely manner and was much more reasonable than others I received. The technician arrived on time, clearly explained the recommendations, and set proper expectations from the start. Once we agreed on the price, the job was completed just two days later, which was very impressive. I appreciated how quickly the project moved forward and how professional the technician was throughout the process. The work area was left clean, and the only thing I needed to do afterward was a little mopping because of the dust from the drywall work. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and would absolutely use this company again if needed. I will also be recommending them to my neighbors."

"Very professional and great service."

"Andrew did a great job. He?s respectful and a really good guy. We were selling our house and in order to close we had to have We had to have several things fixed. We had a water leak in our bathroom, and he found the issue, repaired it, did sheet rock and paint. Also we had him do some trim work around our doors and paint them. Also, we had him clean our gutters."

"It was fine. I used it on a rental property. I told the company to get in touch with the tenant, and once they did that, I didn't have to do anything further. I had to contact them to make sure the service had been performed."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
