"Gary and his team were extremely easy to work with; they were professional and friendly. We changed our plan (and the estimate) several times without issue (Gary was very flexible). Work began almost immediately, and moved along in a timely fashion; however, we had some special-order materials in our project, and the project took longer than expected because we had to wait for the materials to arrive. They reversed the swing on two of our existing doors, so we didn't have to purchase new doors (or waste the old ones). There is no indication whatsoever that they had done that - the work the carpenter performed was exemplary. We had some complicated wiring involved in the project, as well - the electrician seemed to handle it easily (and everything works as desired). They even encountered an issue with our air handler that was complicated, and they were able to resolve the issue as if it had never occurred. We did encounter some issues after the project was completed, but Gary responded immediately and ensured that the issues were resolved. Finally, we were not charged extra due to any of the surprises that arose during the project. I would recommend GBP Contracting to anyone who is considering remodeling.

"It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. We were very disappointed. They took forever. They never could put the lighting in. They said they didn't know how to do lighting in a lawn so we had to get another contractor. They left all the exposed hose lines all over the lawn. We had to bury them ourselves. They were really not professionals. We had to wait a month to get the homeowner association approval because they have to approve every little tiny thing. There were additional costs. They had a subcontractor who did a nice job on the paving stones. That was done very well. The plants they put in all died and the hoses were all exposed. The water stopped working and we had to get another contractor in to figure out why all the plants in the backyard started to die. They had managed to cut some kind of lines. It was a mess."
