To show me that they could get the floor clean, which I had doubts that anyone could do it, he cleaned a small section of the floor by hand. I was sold from that point on. I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. Lorenzo was professional at all times and I could tell by the way that he worked he is an experienced craftsman. "They did a great job, however I agree that his responsiveness is lacking and he is very difficult to get ahold of. I know a few people who had negative experiences but for the price and his quality, I think he is worth it. Moreover, he painted my whole living room by himself in just 4 hours with 2 coats of paint and it came out great. You should know, when they mention 8' of wall, they count it from the ground up and not from the molding up. I was charged an extra $120 for an additional 4" of wall space which was not painted since it was covered by the molding. No big deal, but just be aware."
