They kept drywall cutting as small as possible, and they cleaned up their work-sites. I found the price fair, particularly given that three plumbers worked for three hours of overtime, and they started working as soon as they came in the door. The fact that they came the same day because it was an emergency was PRICELESS. "This is a great company.  We called them on an emergency basis due to our main sewer line backing up and overflowing into our house.  They came out on and snaked the line and got the water draiing again.  The owner, Steve, came out the next day due to the clog not being completely removed.  He put a camera in the line and diagnosed the problem - a lot of tree roots.  He then proceeded to work his tail off for two hours to clear the roots.  I know the line will eventually need to be replaced, but at least he bought us some time.  Now we can financially plan for the line replacement.  In the meantime, Atomic Rooter will be back once a year to prophylactically snake the line so we don't have any further sewage floods - Yuck!"

"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.

I was not able to be present for the final repairs on the second visit so Mark actually sent me pictures of the work upon completion and a video of the water vortexing down the drain! His final price for the two visits and work was very fair, I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience."
