"Having worked with Doty Mechanical as a customer in both corporate and residential settings, it is clear that they do things the right way and put their customers first no matter the size of the project. Most recently, Doty fully replaced the HVAC system at our home. The installers, Daren and Clinton, were exceptional - very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of us and our home at all times. The first thing that they did when they arrived, after introducing themselves, was to lay down canvas tarps from the front door all the way to the furnace and put booties on their feet to protect our wood floors and carpet. They worked quietly and efficiently and kept their workspace neat. At the end of the installation they took the time to walk us through the entire system and answer any questions that we had. As someone who considers themselves OCD, I was beyond impressed by the end result of their work! Everything they installed was level/straight and clean - true craftsmanship! They really did a great job! Likewise, leading up to and after the installation, interactions with the office staff were equally as wonderful. The project was quoted with a very precise level of detail and Lori completely took care of us by handling all of the "heavy lifting" on paperwork for the rebates we qualified for. She simply asked us a few questions and took care of the rest for us! By far, this has been my best experience ever with any contractor - I would recommend Doty Mechanical to anyone needing HVAC services, whether in a corporate setting or at home, in a heartbeat!"

"We turned our A/C on for the first time this year and it didn’t work. I called a local company and I was charged 192.00 to get it fixed, so I thought. It wasn’t , after two weeks it stopped working. I found Edwards Mechanical on Angie’s list and requested an estimate. I received a call within a couple hours and set up an appointment. Zack came out and really knew what he was doing. He found the leaks and repaired them and cleaned the unit. The other company technician said he couldn’t find a leak. Now I can relax and not worry about my A/C not working as it is fixed correctly. "Matt does outstanding work. I could not be more pleased. I had a complicated installation of a new track lighting system that was confusing, and was delivered with with incomplete instructions. He figured everything out and solved assorted glitches and complications. His work is careful and accurate and meticulous. He also repaired our basement ceiling tile, which was a ‘70s mess. Old fashioned tile had fallen, broken, or worked loose in several spots. I was able to find matching replacements and he quickly made it all look like new. He spent a solid 8 hours straight working on these two projects . I especially appreciated this because he had to come from plus-30 miles away, and I had thought it would take much longer., at least 2 days. Everything is perfect. I would trust him completely with any repair, and I hope to call on him in the future. I will have some projects lined up for warmer weather. He offers far more than a handyman service. I am so glad Angie’s list put me in touch with him. I posted an earlier review after he took care of several, quick small repairs, but these were two big ones and very different. in scope"

"John went "above and beyond" in installing the new A/C system.  He fixed mistakes made by the previous contractor when the old A/C was installed years ago.  He even came up with a creative idea to disguise the pipes/lines running along the side of my house to the condenser, it looks so much better!  And, as promised, the condenser is quiet. 
John cares about doing a job correctly and pleasing the customer.  In fact, he tested my furnace and discovered a problem with the gas line and immediately called the gas company to come over and followed up with me afterwards.
I won't hesitate to call on him again the next time I need work done.
