"Everything was very timely, and as you know, often call backs are hard to get from contractors. When I called for an estimate, a response from the office was within minutes and the Technician (Ryan) was there the next day to meet me and to do the estimate. The office called me 40 minutes ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. The Technician on sight was very cordial, listened, answered any questions that I had and as a result, he explained in detail just what they were going to do. An estimate was immediately given on sight. Afterwards, I had a couple of more questions, so I called the office and spoke with the owner, Josh. He was very easy to talk to and took all the time that was needed to answer my other questions. After it was decided that they were awarded the job, the Technician (Elliott) and his crew (Aaron and Zack) were there the very next morning to do the work. Again, they called me ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. The job went very well from start to clean-up. Elliott, Aaron, and Zack worked great together. From my experience, I have no doubt that I would hire Seaside Plumbing again and recommend them to anyone. A big thumbs up on this one for which I am grateful. Thank you Seaside."

"Very prompt response and was able to schedule next day service. This was for a broken main pipe going into my vacation house and I needed water restored fairly quickly. The technician, Chris did a great job and showed me everything that was going on and gave me pricing before starting anything. I thought the price was reasonable considering that he not only repaired the broken pipe but performed a heat taping to hopefully prevent cracking in winter again and also insulated the space where the pipe was. I will definitely use them again."

"Mr. Stephens was contacted in the evening at his home. He responded promptly to my request since I was having difficulty locating the shut . off valve. He knew exactly what to do when he arrived when I told him that both of my kitchen  sink drains were clogged. He unclogged the basement drain, turned the water back on, tested the clogged sink pipes and examined the piping for other problems. He provided an estimate for work that could be preventative. I will consider this in the future. His charge was very fair considering the situation.  He is always highly professional as he has been in the past. I am particularly that he did this in the evening without a surcharge. <br />"

"It was a good experience from the start. The customer service representative who answered my call was pleasant, professional, and efficient. I was surprised to get an appt. within a few days of my call. Nick was the tech who responded. He explained everything step by step through his visit. He spent an hour looking over the entire unit rather than suggesting a "quick fix" like the previous repairman. I could have had my unit up an running for about $150, but I opted for the 24 point cleaning and maintenance package which increased the cost by about $200. We have lived in the house for 5 years, and the gas fireplace has been one of our favorite features. However, we didn't know it could look so good until Nick worked his magic. We will be signing up for the service contract which seems to be an especially good deal. This relatively small business seems to really have its act together."

Previously the only way we knew of a leak was when water puddled on the floor--with much ensuing damage. Ron Fink, the owner, is knowledgeable and informative. "We have used Schagrin Gas twice, once for a general checkup and instruction on a propane fireplace and the second time to PM our propane heating system.  We recently purchased the home and were unfamiliar with propane systems.   Both services were performed by P.J. who was professional, informative and extremely helpful.  He took time to explain the systems and even checked our stove to ensure it was working properly.  The office staff was helpful and billing was correct and prompt.  Highly recommend. <br />"

"Ben Franklin came out on a emergency call on a Sunday due to us losing water, what we didn't know was the main septic pipe pulled apart under the house and left a foot of liquid sewage. Shawn crawled under our home and found the problems and had a clean up crew from Gale Force, that they work with, come out that evening to start. He returned the next day and got our water running and returned on wednesday to finish the repairs. Would highly recommend both Ben Franklin, Shawn, and Gale Force to our family, friends and co workers. <br />"

"Called the night before and told them I had turned my water off so it was not an emergancy, so he said he would call me the next morning it was around 11 am when he call and tech was out around 4 pm to look at problem.  He gave me an estiment and then said they would be out the next morning.  The next day once they got there the work was done in a timly manner.  They had to dig up the old pipe from the water main to and under the house.  My origanal out facuet was out of code needed to be after the water cutout valve in the house.  The hooked up a new one that meet code.  I wished they wolud have put the dirt on a tarp or even on the drive so the only are that was affected was were the ditch was dug.  I know in time the grass will grow through were the dirt was but it looks bad at this time.  Over all I was very satisfied withthe work that was done.  The next day I lost pressure in my shower so I called them and he said to check to see if I have pressure somewhere eles.  I ended taking my shower head of and let the water run then all was good.  <br />"

"Dylan was very professional when I called for a quote, he asked about our current water heater and I told him it was 40 gallon. We scheduled for the following week but they were a no show and no phone call. Dylan was very apologetic when I called him & we rescheduled. The day of service, the "tech" arrived with a 50 gallon water heater that would not fit into our water heater closet. After cutting drywall and border, removing the trim & closet door he went to get a 40 gallon water heater. The water heater is installed & works fine. The mess that was left behind is unbelievable. The door and trim were not reattached to the closet; there were pieces of drywall everywhere and dust; some of the drywall got wet and was all over the floor. He took my check and said he had to clean up, next thing I saw him driving away. When I called Dylan he had many excuses but finally offered to have the closet repaired. Unfortunately the contractor can't come for 3-4 weeks and we are left with trim and a door leaning against the closet which is right by our door."
