"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I called for a leak near my shower.  Had spread into the adjacent room and I was concerned about the floor below.  Originally contacted Bamford Plumbing but due to scheduling issues was referred to Aqua.  The person who answered the phone was very professional and was able to schedule me early the next week.
My grade on the punctuality has to do with my plumber being dragged away to a local Burger King where a line had burst, flooding the restaurant.  He apologized and actually ended up swinging by the house during his drive back to get parts for the Burger King job.  He quickly diagnosed the problem which ended up requiring a minor adjustment.  Due to the delay and the minimal nature of the issue, he did not charge me for the service.  I will be using Aqua again, specifically because despite his late arrival, he kept me in the loop as to his legitimate reasons for the delay.  Some services I've dealt with in the past will turn into a black hole, becoming unreachable and giving no explanation.

"Me Henry was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the whole situation to me and gave me all options and helped me choosing the best unit. My AC was leaking freon and was beyond repair. Initially Henry did his best to make it work and it worked only for two weeks and eventually we opted to replace our unit. The guy who came was good. The service was not cheap, considering he was there for about 15 minutes. He was personable and very knowledgeable. They are very willing to help me learn the ins and outs of my plumbing system and then to make some recommendations such as a fail safe for the sump pump or things of that nature. My interaction with them was good and the work they did turned out fine; no problem.
