Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Two technicians arrived at least 30 minutes early without calling before the early arrival. This may it necessary for me to rearrange MY schedule. I don't believe I had the maximum number of windows as stated in the Angielist Big Deal so it was agreed the inner or outer glass of my security back door would be washed instead. I do not believe this was done, so I cleaned the interior and exterior security door glass myself. The technicians did a good job of cleaning the windows. I rated the overall service with a "B" because of the unscheduled early arrival and door glass not being cleaned. I would have preferred to rate this service with A- since I have employed the company in the past without any issues."
