"Tech Mr. Richard Hilstad was very professional, explained what was being done every inch of the way. He showed me how the heater worked and all the parts he inspected. Replace the needed Heater Igniter part. The one in the heater was partially had turned white, it should be all black, as he showed me the new part. Of course I wanted it replaced otherwise mid winter the heater would not have worked, that would have been an extra $$ for a house visit! He had brought an air filter, I told him it was replaced only few months ago and it should be fine. But he said he would check it to see if that was the case. It was dirty, he replaced it. I have joined their Home Comfort Club so the air filter did not cost me anything and neither his services, I just had to pay for the Heater Igniter part. He also thanked me for having such a clean heater inside and out! As a woman I had never paid attention to heaters, A/Cs or anything else like that but I was happy how he showed it all to me. He took his time, answered my questions, set up the thermostated as I wanted. Previous services from the Sierra Air and their technicians made me a believer to have them take care of my house. Our house was brand new when we moved in on Feb 2004. Of course as years go by things wear out, need new parts. They are such a delight to do business with, I will be with the for a long time.
