"JPC came in and took their time to thoroughly inspect our kitchen so that they can give us options on how we can install a new gas line as we were switching from an electric to a gas range. Their pricing is very fair, they are friendly and courteous. When they found out that we forgot to purchase a flexible gas hose, they went above and beyond and went out to buy one. "The person that came did a find job. The only issues I had was with the price. I thought the cost to fix the broken pipe was ridiculous . It was a emergency so, I didn't have time to actually search for a plumber. This plumber was willing to come that day which is what I needed. The pipe was broken underneath the house in plain sight. No digging, the pipe was broken at the "T" so that is what he replaced. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS IN HIS WORK, HIS PROFESSIONALISM OR HIS PUNCTUALITY. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO USE HIM AGAIN, IF HIS PRICES WERE LOWER, HOWEVER I MUST SAY THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO GET OTHER BIDS. SO I GUESSING THAT I COULD HAVE GOTTEN A BETTER DEAL. "My wife and I bought a house a couple years ago, and became owners of a radiant heating systems installed more than 20 years ago. Tony and Damian did a great job of understanding how my radiant heating system works, what repairs were needed/what was failing, and where upgrades were needed. They replaced the pump, both expansion tanks, and the neutralizer. Additionally, they noticed the hot water tank was installed incorrectly, and the hot and cold water connections were flipped. It's amazing the system worked, and it's nice to have a system that's correctly installed (even if it's 20 years later!). Additionally, they secured the expansion tanks to the wall (now required by code), replaced the deteriorating copper pipes connected to the neutralizer with plastic (I'm sure this is code now as well), and re-routed the overflow pipes to the outside (rather than the floor!). You can't go wrong with these guys, well done, they're true craftsmen to the trade."

"Eddie's Plumbing Eddie was very professional and explained with need to be done to correct the plumbing problem. He replaced the worn pipes and welded them together. The pipes no longer leak, and the sprinkler system is working. I would highly recommend Ed for any plumbing job."

"AceStar Plumbing arrived on a Saturday morning, earlier than the agreed time. Even though my water heater is difficult to reach, and even more difficult to carry a bulky, heavy water heater down the outside of my house to install, they got in quickly, and before I knew it my new water heater was installed and I had hot water again. Really nice, thorough, and efficient plumbers. I had another little plumbing job, replacing a kitchen faucet, and Johnny Thoummavang returned the next day, a Sunday, and installed my new faucet quickly and efficiently. AceStar was in the higher price range for installing a water heater, but they came promptly, and they came on a weekend. YOU CAN'T ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE! My only two suggestions for customers are one, be home early to wait for the plumbers to arrive, and two, make sure their ability to accept a credit card is working that day so you can charge it. This happened to my husband & me, and luckily it was not a problem for me to write them a check. However, when my husband and I were younger, with small children and only one income, I wouldn't have had that much extra money in my checking account to pay for this emergency. So, if you rely on credit to pay for emergencies, check if AceStar can take your credit card, before they come that day and definitely before they start the job. THEY'RE GREAT, and they're the only plumbing company I've ever put in my Evernotes and my phone contacts to call again should I need a plumber!"

"Had a party at my house and all the sewage backed up in my home. Omar came out soon as possible and located the clog. Cleared the line pulled out massive sludge located my line with a camera and found huge break in my line and fixed me pipe on the spot.
