"I have been a customer for a very long time and this scheduled maintenance and dryer vent cleaning was done by Cesar. I have to say he is one very thorough technician and I was very pleased with his inspection and vent cleaning. His service was so different than some of the ones I've had before. I even had one inspector tell me he didn't need to check in my attic which houses one of our two units. Let me tell you about Cesar, he even cleaned up behind my dryer for me. This is something that is rare in customer service. I have my HVAC seasonally maintenanced and never had a inspector be as thorough as him. The pictures he took and explained to me and the one problem he found that no other inspector had found in all this time. I tried to spare him from the attic heat for the repair and have him return on another day in the morning but he didn't mind going back in there to fix the problem for us although it was in the dead heat of the day. I just hope the company sees this review and knows what a good technician they have in Cesar."

"I’ve been a loyal Snell customer for years, but this recent experience was deeply disappointing. After our AC failed in August, Snell diagnosed a leaking evaporator coil. We chose to replace the system through them, and the salesperson took time to evaluate the setup in advance. However, on installation day, the crew arrived without the correct ductwork and had to make adjustments on the fly. Unfortunately, the adjustments were poorly executed: • The Aprilaire humidifier was mounted on sloped ductwork rather than a level surface, contrary to manufacturer specifications. • The hole for the humidifier was cut inaccurately. • The drain line was left kinked in multiple places. Aprilaire support later confirmed the humidifier was not installed correctly and warned this could lead to water backing up into the system — a concern I had raised with the installers before they left. Despite multiple follow-up attempts, I received no meaningful response. I was told my concerns would be escalated, but no one followed through. This was a major investment, and I now feel I need to bring in another HVAC team to correct issues that should have been resolved from the start. I’ve recommended Snell in the past, but I can’t in good faith do so now after this experience."

"The estimator/sales person and technicians were top notch. The estimator worked with me on the system requirements and the cost of a new heat pump system. My old system was 20 years old so that the heat pump and inside air handler had to be replaced. Also replaced the thermostat for good measure. The technicians did an excellent job with the install, neat and professional. The system has been working really well. Overall, I believe that I received excellent service at a reasonable cost."

"The install young men, Joseph and Datrel were pleasant. Looked like they enjoyed their work. But, good grief, broke siding and given an invoice at close of job of a stranger. How do I know the correct unit was installed? If the office can't pay attention to detail, how do we trust the techs pay attention to detail during installation?"

"This company truly is something else, I have yet to encounter a plumbing and HVAC company that is as bad as this one. Never had anyone send over clearly inexperienced technicians, or work so hard to over-sell what the issues are, then not only does not deliver, but destroys the existing functional water heater that had no issues. Furthermore, after the fact, then avoid phone calls and emails by "forwarding to their voicemail receptionist" when you try to remedy their mistake. Terrible experience would be an understatement of this company's service. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!. It started with us calling them to do routine water heater maintenance on a 3 year old brand new house. Their Tech name Samuel, not only did  not do the maintenance on the water heater, but sold us on some BS about needing to replace our sump pump and install a water filter for 5k instead, and also buy a HVAC service package. We trusted him because his boss made it sound like you have to do this, and little did we know"
