"Patrick Quinn and his team did a fantastic job completing the pointing on our house. He was very respectful of the historic character of our home and knew what he was talking about. After our initial consultation, we did some research on his recommendations and went with nearly all of them. They showed up when they said they would and were easy to have around (polite, friendly, cleaned up). Pretty much on time and on budget, told us right away when things weren't quite according to plan. We have a 110+ year old behemoth of a house - NOTHING ever goes according to plan we're used to it. Bonus: they took care of a few details I didn't expect like the steps to a side door (see photos) and repairing a few loose stones elsewhere. We will hire again."

"I found this company here on Angies list. I read all the reviews and now I want to add mine. Bob Cowan answered my phone call immediately and came the next day. He not only re-cleaned our flue that had just been done but installed a new flue into our badly constructed chimney. Even after having to cut into our chimney 2x to get the flue to fit he stuck to his original quote. Bob (and both of his crew) were extremely professional and the kind of company you don't find too often. DON"T hesitate to call him."

As others have mentioned he is very busy but will work as long as needed to get the job done right (our 45sq/ft job ended up being a bit more involved once old tile was removed). Will upload photos once grout is sealed and buffed in a couple days."

"Don is AWESOME! Don showed up and we immediately felt comfortable with him. He seemed like a down to earth, honest guy who was willing to make our vision a reality. I had a very specific idea of what I wanted the patio around the pool to look like. I had created a very detailed paving pattern, and Don was totally honest that he had never done it before but he was confident he could do it. He didn't complain or moan or say how hard it would be, he just did it. He and Pat (his right hand man) were totally professional, showed up every day early worked quickly. He was meticulous with his leveling. It has been a few months now since the job was completed and every stone is still perfect and everything is draining beautifully. He has a very unique technique, and it shows in the quality of the finished product. Well done!!!!!"

"Excellent. Dom & Sean inspected our current damper which was causing us issues and gave us a fair quote on replacing it with a new Lock Top Cap/Damper assembly which would fix our chimney issues. They returned the next day to do the work and were in and out quickly. Very professional, honest and fair. They left no mess and were a pleasure to deal with. I'd use this company again and can't give them a higher recommendation after other chimney experts were non-responsive to our calls. "Desmond and Brian were awesome to work with! We purchased an old fixer upper and were really overwhelmed by the amount of work it needed. We wanted to do a lot of the work ourselves, but decided to hire someone to do the messy work for us. Desmond and Brian were more than willing to complete a partial job. We came across many contractors that would only renovate our kitchen from start to finish. After giving us an estimate, they were willing to negotiate some of the pricing to make us feel more comfortable with the cost. They were extremely fair with their price.
The communication was great throughout the whole experience. Desmond frequently called or texted with updates and questions. We were living about 40 minutes away during the renovation and Desmond would send picture updates on a regular basis. On one occasion, the people refinishing our floors (not affiliated with Desmond) accidently left one of our doors open. Our neighbor called Desmond and he came over right away to lock-up for us...so nice!
The work was excellent quality and they were able to complete it within the timeline we needed. We always felt comfortable having them in the house when we weren't there. Both Brian and Desmond are overall great people, did fantastic work, and were fair with work/pricing. We would definitely hire them again!
