"JJ provided a detailed description of work needed to remove and replace my 20 yr old rusted cooler, complete with photos and an itemized list of labor and parts. Gerrod and James arrived within the time parameter, introduced themselves and got to work. They did need to go get a larger unit and within 4 hours my new cooler was up and cooling my house. What I paid was exactly what was estimated. I received photos of every step of the installation."

"Greg did a wonderful job with replacing our water heater and now works well and looks good. He was able to come in the next day after getting a quote from him. It did take him a whole day just because he didn’t have his helper. Otherwise, good service!"

"It went great. Jacob really helped out and came the same day my water heater went out and I had hot water that same day. Quick, professional and trustworthy."

"The technician set up a great plan to minimize the wall opening and impact on bathroom functions while locating the leak in our bathroom wall and then replacing the old leaking drain pipes. Scheduling was quick and easy, too, for both the drain pipe replacement and the sink replacement. Cost for opening the wall and replacing the leaking pipes seemed reasonable, but the cost to install the new sink was exorbitant."

"Total water damage and remediation from house flood. Plumbing, construction. And finish work. The my were amazing. Seriously the best we could have hoped for. Great people!!!"

"Domonic was awesome my water heater went out when I had my family staying over from out of town. He showed up and took care of business, real professional and helped my family in a time of need, especially for this occasion."

"Jordon arrived within the scheduled time. He quickly found the issue and replaced the part all within 1/2 hour. Jordon was professional and informative. We love our reverse osmosis system. If you are looking for a water system, I recommend Universal Water Systems."

"Pete,Joe and Issac were the best. The repair to my water line went quickly and efficiently. This was not an easy job and was handled fantastic by all three. Office staff was great and a pleasure to work with coordinating this job. Thanks to all at Albuquerque plumbing. You guy's are the best S. Johnson"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't recommend Jordan enough! He truly went above and beyond to make sure our home and family were safe. He came out twice, fixed our furnace, tested for carbon monoxide, and even checked our stove and water heater. After all that, he only charged us $100 and even offered us an incredible deal on a new furnace installation! His honesty, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out. It's hard to find someone this trustworthy and dedicated. If you need HVAC services, Jordan is absolutely the person to call! He's earned our trust, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone!"

"The crew did the job, digging up and replacing 40 ft of main water line from the city line to the house, including installation of a pressure reducing valve. Overall COST was pretty expensive for labor considering the PEX tubing for the water line was the pretty much the only parts needed minus the pressure valve. I realize they go by a book that determines cost before work is actually done, though and I agreed to it. Kinda hard to get other estimates when you are in a pickle and need water in your home going asap during the holidays. Job got done and the 2 workers were nice guys. One complaint is I asked if there was a Veteran's Discount and they did include it but it was LESS THAN a 3% discount off the subtotal. Taking a star off for this and another for high labor cost."
