"Needed a furnace service before the heating season began towards the end of last year. Everyone was very helpful, we found out that my furnace wasn't working and the service tech got the parts ordered. It actually turned out that it was cheaper than originally quoted. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. "I called for a leak near my shower.  Had spread into the adjacent room and I was concerned about the floor below.  Originally contacted Bamford Plumbing but due to scheduling issues was referred to Aqua.  The person who answered the phone was very professional and was able to schedule me early the next week.
My grade on the punctuality has to do with my plumber being dragged away to a local Burger King where a line had burst, flooding the restaurant.  He apologized and actually ended up swinging by the house during his drive back to get parts for the Burger King job.  He quickly diagnosed the problem which ended up requiring a minor adjustment.  Due to the delay and the minimal nature of the issue, he did not charge me for the service.  I will be using Aqua again, specifically because despite his late arrival, he kept me in the loop as to his legitimate reasons for the delay.  Some services I've dealt with in the past will turn into a black hole, becoming unreachable and giving no explanation.

"Our business lost air conditioning, and Ambient sent a technician out the same day to see if they could get us up and running. Tim, the technician, was diligent in trying to get us running until a solution could be found. Unfortunately, our unit is just too old. Solid service and response time. If ownership chooses to replace the unit, they will be our guys without a doubt. The owner, Bryan, was very upfront on cost and potential solutions as we have a very, very old building. Everyone involved was very knowledgeable and polite."
