After replacing and installing the water heater, he gave me training on what he installed. He hauled the defective water heater and cleaned after him. However, the 50-gallon water heater that I purchased would not fit in the space so the technician had to wait hours for a new one to be brought to my home. He was very courteous and professional. "I had a difficult time tracking down a responsive, reasonably priced plumber, even through Angies List. Aqua has been fantastic. They were responsive to my calls and questions. I inquired about just replacing my 40 year old boiler which was not working after a dusty mess of a basement demolition (in addition to other questions). They had the opportunity to steer me in that expensive direction, but they instead told me of the challenges the new boilers have, and to periodically have old trusty cleaned and serviced instead. She should be reliable if I do that. Honesty goes a long way with me, as does customer service. This company is a gem. Unfortunately, my house is a hot mess as a result of significant demolition in my basement, so I will be calling again for a different leaky pipe after I leave this review. "This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"
