"My water heater was leaking and I needed immediate replacement or repair. Earl called, showed up, diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate. He was very professional and took pride in his work. After replacing and installing the water heater, he gave me training on what he installed. He hauled the defective water heater and cleaned after him. "They showed up on time and got right to work. The actual installation went okay. They, however, did a very poor job of cleaning up behind themselves. Also, when they refilled the hole they dug it wasn't close to being level with the rest of the yard. Instead there was a very visible large mound of dirt. I contacted them a week or so after having the work done, to discuss a concern, and the person I spoke with completely blew me off and dismissed my concern.
