"NATE, INITIAL TECHNICIAN , DID A FANTASTIC JOB UNCLOGGING TOILETS AND RECOMMENDING .NEW TOILETS INSTALLED THAT WILL BRING MORE WATER PRESSURE TO FORCE SOLID WASTE INTO SEPTIC TANK. AFTER NATE LEFT.ARNARDO FROM BENJAMIN FRANKLIN PLUMBING SHOED UP AND PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT HE WAS CHECKING IF NATE TOOK PICTURES OF PIPES LEADING FROM SEPTIC TANK. HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME HOW PIPES CLOG AND RECOMMWNDED 2 OPTIONS TO DO.: INSTALL A 2 -WAY PIPE TO SEPTIC TANK; I SPECT PIPES FOR APPRIX $2000. OR DO THE ABOVE, THEN FORCE WATER THRU PIPES BY A HYDRO JET WATER SOURCE , WHICH COSTS APPROX $5000. BEING AN ELDERLY WOMAN WITH A BIG DECISION, I CHOSE THE $ 5000 JOB. AFTER SPEAKING TO MY SON,I realized I did not have a chance to explore other companies for quotes and that I may have been high pressured to accept this expensive plumbing job . Alnardo is a very experienced technician, and I do know he had my best intetest to help me with this situstion. But, I am a person on fixed incomecancellin"

"3D Solar did a great job removing and then reinstalling 34 solar panels. My original installer quoted an outrageous amount so I went looking for a new Solar company. 3D Solar was recommended by a reputable solar consultant. I spoke with David Ringo at length and we had a great conversation about many topics as well as solar. The crews were on time, professional and conscientious and super nice. David's quote was less than half the price even when I told him what my original installer was about to charge and very reasonable considering the amount of work involved. The reinstallation was very good, even better than the original install by another company. They used updated mounting hardware and did a tidy job with cable management. 3D Solar sent out crews right away to sort out a small technical issue with the inverter that became apparent after installation. They were able to diagnose and correct the issue. I am particularly impressed with the fast and effective follow up service. I am pleased to recommend 3D Solar for installation or maintenance of solar systems."

"Tristan was very prompt, knowledgeable, and fair in pricing, would definitely hire again or recommend to others."

"He did a good job installing the weather striping around the doors.  One door wasn't in the frame correctly and he fixed that.
They sent someone by to check on his work.  That guy talked to us about the air tightness of our home, which is great.  He kept trying to find something wrong.  It is a newer home.  He mentioned we should put energy film on one window.  I looked the film up online and found it at Home Depot.  He told us that they had to do it because "if one speck of dust is on the film" it will compromise the integrity.  One speck of dust? This isn't an ER or clean room.  He was really pushing to try and sell something else.
Because of the salesman that came 'to make sure the door work was correct' is why we won't use this company again.

"We had an old solar panel on the roof (installed by a previous owner for the hot water heater and disconnected who knows when). The roof began to leak around on the solar panel "legs". They removed the panel, sealed up the areas and took away the monstrosity. They were perfection!!!!"
