"From the day Mac came to our house to explain options and clarify the process and price, we were sold and convinced that using All-Weather Seal was the best option to meet our needs.  Even after the initial order we requested a few minor changes and he was very accommodating.  In fact, as we placed the order over Labor Day Weekend, he even came to my work place to pick up the check we made and finish all details for the order.  After we finished the order when we finalized changes, Mac came back to my office to sign the contract again with requested changes.  He always accommodated our needs and our work and after-work schedules of my wife and me.  Just about the time we were going to call All-Weather Seal about the installation of the windows, sure enough Mac called again and let me know I would  be hearing from the installers about setting up a date/day/time to do the work.  One of the staff came to do one final measurement of all the windows and within a few days the installers came to our home on a Saturday to remove our old windows and install the new ones.  They were on time and prompt in their arrival.  They were respectful of our home and took care to make sure everything was done properly with the installation throughout the day.  As they worked they cleaned up what was not needed any more, then left the area in front of our home spotless as if they had never been there and the new windows had always been in place.  We were totally impressed with the entire process, the price and the work ethic, honesty and workmanship of all involved.  While we did not have a budget to do ALL the windows at this time for our entire house, we would contact All-Weather Seal in a minute if and when we are interested or able to install other windows or doors in our home.

But we got an estimate within 48 hours of calling to schedule and the estimator, Pat was just the nicest guy (and he was on time!). We got in the schedule to have the work done less than 2 weeks from the estimate date and the painters/repairmen who came out to do the work were on time each day, worked hard, and were very polite. "It went very well. They had to take 2 sets of shingles off which was done very quickly. They put a new roof on right away. They also replaced my gutter pipe which made a huge difference. "I didn't end up using them. The quote was $700. They were good. The guy came out on time that he said he was going to. It took only twenty minutes or so. He walked me through what his plan was. A couple of days later, I got the estimate. Then the guy did come out and look and followed up with me a few days after that. The only reason I didn't use them was because they do everything, and with this repair I wanted someone a little bit more specialized in remodeling. I don't really see how they could have improved it. They were polite. If I needed their services, I would definitely be contacting them."
