He even checked the furnace and did not charge extra!! They were at the house for quite some time. Orlando informed me that the coils on the a/c should also be cleaned and explained why clean coils help the unit run more efficiently, who knew. After he left a licensed general contractor who was working on the kitchen while Orlando was working told me the price Orlando charged for the service was a great deal. He also told me the price Orlando quoted for cleaning the coils was fair and that everything thing Orlando said about the need for clean coils was true.
