Jerry showed up after Jake had been diligently trying everything to offer an extra hand. Both Jerry and Jake then worked an additional hour before finding and fixing our issue. "The crew did all the work in a single long day, finishing up late in the evening. We had a ton of old duct work which they removed and installed the new ducts in the attic. The crew worked very hard and were professional. They cleaned up after the job inside. There was some debris left on the front yard. The crew mentioned that they felt that Clint took good care of them as employees. The price was excellent and very competitive compared to other companies. If you are on a tight budget I'd recommend Fel Air. If you have a historic home with lathe and plaster construction, you may want to keep an eye on the crew and plasterers as they aren't familiar with construction techniques from the 20s and 30s. Can't really blame them, but historic homes take a little extra care when cutting through the lathe. There were some challenges especially with the plasterer, but after convincing him that our house was not constructed out of concrete he did a decent job. Overall I thought they did a good job, especially for the cost."
