Our AC unit was not blowing any cold air, it would run but the fan on the outside unit was not turning. James came out and took a look at it and determined it was our circuit board. He was able to replace it and have not had any problems with our AC unit since.

We also have built in speakers  inside our home and we were not familiar with the set up nor are we technically savvy and James came out and was able to explain to us what was needed and how we can get them all to work. We got the supplies and James connected our in home speakers to the supplies we purchased as well as make them all work to where we were happy with the results.

This company is very good and very informative on many things not just pertaining to AC or Audio systems but many more other things, as a matter of fact, our sprinkler system actually wasn't working anymore and we didn't know what went wrong, so James gave us some information on what should be happening. We didn't even know there was a way to bypass something and he showed us. Just by him showing us, we were able to determine where the problem was and had all the right people come out and fix the problem for us.

Ben Cro is a great company and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing service for AC and/or Audio System. Very knowledgeable, helpful and very fair on their pricing.

"My wife and I have been staying in our camper for the past 4 months due to our air conditioning unit not functioning. We contacted Climate Services of Texas and the lady called me back and said that Cory would be out to assess our situation at 9:00 that evening. I was surprised that anyone would come out at that time of evening. Cory called and verified the appointment and stated that “he wants everyone to be comfortable”. He called me on his way to our residence, letting us know he was coming. Cory was very polite and professional. He took his time assessing the problems and discussed the options available for repairs. Unfortunately, our unit was beyond repair and we required a replacement system. Our unit was pretty much antique. Cory and his company assisted us in arrangements for the necessary replacement of the unit. "I had been experiencing uneven heating and cooling and high electrical bills for many years. My unit was also almost 20 yrs old and not working very well anymore. I did my homework and decided I wanted a Trane. I contacted several companies for estimates. Air Network as the only company who contacted me in the time frame promised as well as coming out to see what my needs really were. It turned out my duct work was done improperly by the previous owner resulting in my uneven cooling. Air Network answered all my questions honestly and gave me several bids on different brands and sizes before the day was done. I still insisted on the Trane which by brand names is not the least expensive but was still at a very good price. His crew showed up on time during a day where it rained all day. They put mats on my floors and began dismantling my system. Chris the owner drove 2 hours to north Austin to pick up the unit I requested since there were no local Trane outlets and then 2 hours back to Hallettsville. They worked so efficiently I actually fell asleep in my recliner while they worked. By the end of the day I was more comfortable in my home than at anytime since I bought it. His crew were neat and courteous and left my home cleaner than when they arrived. I was so impressed by Air Networks that I will not allow any other company to service my system in the future. There were no extra or hidden costs. The job was done for exactly what the estimate was. I HIGHLY recommend Air Network. There continued to be problems within the systems of the computer. Luckily Jim charges by the job and not by the hour because he worked a LONG time to make it all work.  He kept in touch with me and addressed each issue as it arose until the job was done.  He was professional and courteous and hung in there until I was satisfied he had addressed everything. "Safe Air did an amazing job replacing the entire HVAC system in my house. They were quick and courteous of my house while doing the job. I had lost cold air the next day but they came out right away to find that there was a manufacturer defect in the coil. After a temporary fix it was working great again. They cam back out in the next couple days to replace the temporary part with the correct piece. I would absolutely hire these guys again and would recommend them to anyone who needs heating and cooling work done on their house."

"WA Air Conditioning came out several weeks earlier initially to service my A/C system which was freezing up.  It was found to be low on freon which they took care of and then it started happening again about six weeks later.  They came out again, it was low AGAIN, along with a bad relay which they took care of.  At that point, I decided to get a bid to replace the entire system.  Craig, the owner, came out at a time that fit my schedule and we discussed my needs.  I decided to have a full system w/heat pump installed, including duct work, registers, etc.  They carry Bryant/Carrier products which are one of the top rated in the industry with the best warranty around.  Not only did they do the complete removal/installation in only 8 hours but he also gave me credit for the previous service call towards the new system!  No problems, no mess, no hassles, and with the new system I now am keeping my thermostat setting 3-4 degrees higher than the old system.  Thanks to Craig and his install crew.  Best I have ever used!"

"They came out and noticed that there was a low charge on the heat pump and noticed that there was some corrosion on some of the pipes so they figured there may be a leak in the system. As a result I will be getting a new unit altogether that is covered by the home warranty that Choice has provided. The only out of pocket cost that I need to pay for is any modifications and fabrication that needs to happen to integrate the new system. So in total I am paying $550 for a $5000 system."
