"I highly, very highly, recommend Three Guys AC. Aric was awesome. We had an emergent situation that could not wait until the following day. Aric was knowledgable, professional, funny, courteous and respectful of my home. Not only did he fix my problem at nearly 8pm (and showed up 30 mins after my initial call) we discussed a plan for problem that needed to be addressed in the near future. He had the fourth thought to ask if he could use a chemical to clean my coil or if it would be better to use vinegar due to the health issues in my home. He listened. "Had a mini-split unit installed for a first-floor bonus room. The condenser was a Carrier product that ARS facilitated the purchase through Home Depot. The condenser did not work although it was new out the box. It took me continually calling and three months for ARS to finally replace the condenser with another new unit which works perfectly. Note: ARS was dealing with Carrier not wanting to replace the unit... but that pain was felt at the customer level (me) when it should not have been. The contractors that they send out are professional and courteous and follow all protocols during COVID-19."
