"We called Greg on a Friday morning and he was there that evening. He came back Monday to test the water and then installed a custom built water softener on Thursday.He evaluated what type of softener we needed by asking about our families particular needs. Greg was very knowledgeable of his product, explained exactly what work was going to be performed and the price. I was extremely pleased with his professionalism and punctuality. "They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
