He discovered that the grate cover was placed over the incorrect vent (bathroom vent) and made the switch for me. I learned more about the fire hazard of not cleaning out the dryer vent on a regular basis. I am now sharing this information with everyone. This company was able to schedule an appointment within two days while other companies had a much longer waiting list."
