The task went smoothly, he suggested due to the age of the toilet (45 years) I should consider replacing it with a more efficient unit, but he didn't insist on it at this tme. I was simply a recommendation to consider. 
When Mike arrived, (He's the principal owner) he was professioinally attired, clean and personable.  He placed cover-ups on his footwear prior to entering the house. I took him to the master bath explained what the problem was and he advised me what he could do.  I agreed to his replacing of the flushing mecha ism, he got to work and completed the task in about an hour and cleaned up.  He asked how I found his service I told him from Angie's list and applied a 10% discount to the invoice and was on his way.  I was and am pleased with his promptness, thoughness of his work and would use him again in the future.
