"David from DND Air came out for a diagnosis when our upstairs AC stopped blowing cold air.  The evaporating coil had developed a leak, and since it was so old it really wasn't worth repairing as the system was 20 years old.
David and his crew came out and installed a new coil and condenser/compressor.  I should point out that part of the cost of the install was covered by our home warranty so the priceI quoted above was after the home warranty portion was paid, the 3k was my out of pocket expense.
I now have ice cold air coming out of my upstairs air vents!
I called David several times throughout the process to ask questions about what my options were, what the costs would be, timeline, etc, and he was always helpful on the phone and never seemed too busy to talk to me.  Some other companies I contacted never called me back, and others were annoyed that I would even call them multiple times to ask questions.
He was on time every time he was scheduled to be here, and there was no upselling or 'oops' moments during the install.  His install crew even vacuumed my carpet upstairs when they were done.  Not just below the attic access but the whole loft area!
When my big unit dies (also 20 years old) they will be the only place I call.
