He took corrective action, including partial takedown of plywood backing, to take-up shower pan, re-level & re-install level set, for correct shower door travel and drainage. It is absolutely beautiful and so functional. They were very professional efficient and cleaned up everything. They also installed new ceramic tile and a new vanity. I would highly recommend them."

"We initially were in contact with Mad City to replace our tub and shower surround but decided to hold off on that. We ended up working with Mad City to replace our front bay window, sliding patio door and a kitchen in the window and they were great. The quoting process was very easy and they worked with us on what we could afford to have done at this time. The delivery was as expected as far as timeframe. The installation exceeded our expectations! The install crew was very quick and respectful to our home and cleaned up everything before they left. There were two latches missing during delivery/install but they were in stock the following week and they sent a guy out to install. "I purchased this company's Angie's List Deal in May, 2015.  Franco responded very quickly following the purchase and called to schedule time to measure my kitchen for backsplash installation.  I had a sample of the tile at that time, so he was able to provide a list of supplies needed (mastic, grout, etc.)  I told him the tile was special order and I wasn't sure of when it would be in stock.  Franco followed up regularaly to check the status.  The tile was FINALLY delivered mid-July.  Franco worked with me (he even offered to install on a Sunday! on an installation date.  He arrived on July 27 promptly as promised at 9:00 a.m. and worked non-stop until 5:00 p.m. (didn't even take a break) to complete the job.  The result is beautiful and I would strongly recommend Forever Showers Tile & Stone to anyone!

"Everything was done in a timely manner, areas were left clean everyday and Miguel Martinez always communicated with us every step of the way. We love our new bathrooms. They took both bathrooms down to the studs, replaced the bathtub and fully tiled the tub area and the wall behind the vanity and installed vanities, mirrors, lighting and exhaust fans. In our bathroom, they removed a fiberglass insert shower and rebuilt a fully tiled shower with a bench and two niches. We would highly recommend Miguel Martinez and Smart Flooring and remodeling solutions. P.S. - During our remodeling we found some water damage to our outside wall, Miguel was able to connect us with a crew that could make the repairs we needed. "Marvelously—and the cost estimate good! Crew taped polyethylene to all walls and floors, moved furniture that had to b moved and replaced it after the job was complete. They were extra hard working, fast, thorough, and extremely mindful of our possessions and artwork. They worked non-stop (excepting a lunch break) all day everyday for 5 days—which included the painting of a large master with 2 dormers2 dormers, and the white woodwork. They cleaned as they went along and corrected any ceiling paint seepage. They scraped the popcorn, repaired the damage this caused and painted all of the ceilings. We can’t stop looking at our beautiful, bright, white, clean ceilings!!!! D&J is now our go-to contractor for any upcoming projects!!!"

"We visited the showroom, picked out the quartz, confirmed the price. A representative visited our home to take detailed measurements. I provided my own sinks and he took one, so the cut out would be the correct size. Within 2 weeks a team came to the house to remove old countertops and install the new ones. Team was very efficient, put pads down to protect floors, careful in removing old countertops, installed new countertops and sinks, and cleaned up.
