"Bryan Graham, the owner, told me that my plumber would arrive at noon. I did not receive any other calls or texts. At 5p, my plumber arrived, not knowing that Mr. Graham had made him look unreliable by assuring me that I would have a plumber at noon. In order to improve customer service, Graham Plumbing needs to communicate honestly and reliably from its dispatch. My husband and I waited for 5 hours, assuming by mid-afternoon that Graham's plumber was a no-show. The plumber and his assistant did a good job and were friendly. We were just ticked that Graham's did not value our time."
