"Very professional from The evaluation of our leaking water heater to the installation of a first class heater two days later. Excellent service overall, would highly recommend."

"Everything went a smooth as possible! No problems were found on either my A/C unit or hot water heater."

"My old hot water heater died, and a friend installed a new small 40 gal tank. But I never had hot water after that. I also had a leaking lead pipe. Patrick came and had to be a sleuth to try to determine the cause of the missing hot water. The tank was too small and not functioning, but the real problem was a crossed pipe somewhere in my 1890 house. He found the pipe location in the basement and put in a shut off valve, which gave most of the house hot water. He also put in a high quality 50 gallon tank, and repaired the leaking lead main. To completely fix the hot water, it will mean opening walls, so we left a small 1/2 bath sink and attic sink to be fixed at a later time (or not....).. This was all around Easter, but he put in long days to get it all done."

"Their service was very good; they always come when I call for service; every time I hear problems on my furnace or air conditioning, they always check and make sure that everything is working well."

I usually don't look forward to giving reviews because if I can't give a stellar review I'd rather not give any review -- just my nature. But with the Plumbing Doctor I have never had a better customer service experience than I had with John and his staff.

I had a pretty bad leaky outdoor faucet and when I saw the Big Deal for an outdoor faucet replacement I did an impulse buy hoping that's what I needed. John got back to me within the 2 days the deal said he would and we made an appointment within the next few days.

His serviceperson arrived on time and went to work. That's when we had a problem. When he was trying to change the assembly, it broke off inside of the wall between the inside and outside walls due to the way it was originally installed. He said he would have to open up my inside walls to get to it, which to me was not so much the problem as it was to getting to the wall as I have a one piece desk-hutch unit that hugs that corner of the wall and basically is non-moveable. Lucian (the plumber) had John call me and said even though opening up walls is not part of the basic service, they would cover it because the pipe broke while the technician was working on it. Whew! I was not ready for major plumbing expenses for a leaky faucet.

Lucian had to take apart some panels under my desk and make 2 holes in the wall before he able to fix and replace the broken section of pipe. When he was finished he said I would have to get someone else to fix the holes as he didn't know how to do that. I was a little disappointed but more concerned that mice or bugs would come in from the outside. About an hour later John called to ask if I was happy with the work done and I told him I still had holes in my wall, he said he wanted me to be "100% satisfied" and said he would send someone over to get them patched. Since that was a Friday, I received a call on Monday from a different gentleman who made an appointment for the next day to finish the job. He brought pieces of drywall and spackle and finished the job. He offered to come back when the plaster dried to sand it down but I told him not to bother that I would worry about it when I repainted the room since the patching was hidden behind the desk panel. He put everything back, cleaned up and wanted to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I cannot believe it. These guys were really concerned about getting the job done, on time and correctly. I would trust them with any plumbing job in the future. And, by the way, the faucet works great and doesn't leak!

"Two technicians showed up. Very curious. Found the cable connecting the water heater to the wall outlet loose."

"Excellent service, reasonable price, and highly responsive. When our heater went out and I called Bernard, he found the time to come first thing in the morning. He had the spare parts ready and was able to quickly take care of the issue with our furnace. I will definitely be using Azrikam Heating services again."

"I had a water pipe burst in my finished basement and flooded it. So I called accurate restoration services to handle the water extraction and mitigation. And after that I had them do the repair. Very professional and did a great job! Thanks!"

"Excellent! They came the same day I called. Thoroughly cleaned the blower unit, we have dogs and cats. He also checked the hot water tank as a courtesy. Offered a maintenance program for a small fee, pay ahead for maintenance and call us to remind us when services are due to be done. and they did this! This service was worth every penny! I referred them to the buyers of our house when we moved. Excellent company, I recommend them highly."

"They discovered that it had never been serviced or cleaned before so they cleaned it. For no charge they cleaned it and removed all of the debris. Then they tested the R22 and filled it. The booster makes it so that it doesn't have to work as hard. It was good and they went above and beyond. They were honest with their work. They are upfront with their cost and when I have a question they pulled out the catalog. They walked me through the problems and they weren't afraid to show me."
