"Mike was great. Our existing tenant house water softener was leaking badly and needed to be replaced. He assessed the household requirements and recommended the appropriately sized new softener system (the existing system was far too large and unneeded). He quoted an exact price over the phone, and that was the price we paid, no hassle. Installation was quick (less than an hour), professional, and clean. Mike and his crew were a joy to work with, and we will be using them again for any future needs."

"Replaced water system, was professional, polite and a pleasure to deal with. They did a wonderful job when they said they would do it. No problems at all."

"This contractor is outstanding. From the start, they were quick to provide me all information and options available to me to replace my old electric heat at competitive rates. The workers were very efficient, professional, and performed high-quality work; and I am very satisfied with the result."

"Polar sets the standards for excellence. I could not be happier with my decision in hiring Polar to complete my new central air install. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable, professional, customer service oriented, and thoroughly answered all of my questions related to the different options that would best efficiently suit the needs of my home best. They did not try to push unnecessary equipment or sell me something that I did not need. The installers were professional, polite, punctual, respectful of my property, and cleaned up after themselves. After the install was complete, they thoroughly went over the system, all the paperwork, and answered all of my additional questions. I would definitely hire them again for any other heating/cooling/plumbing needs."

"This was an emergency situation. Jim was responsive, made time on a busy schedule, did a first-class pump replacement, and the bill was very fair and reasonable. This is an honest outfit that does outstanding work. When your Pump is out, one does not have a choice and it needs a repair. AAA did not take advantage of the situation. These are honest, reputable people who know what they are doing. We recommend AAA without reservation."
