"I give them 10 stars if given the option. I have worked with contractors for over 30 years and Dimitri is one of tge hardest workers I've worked with and he responded to my call, gave estimate and completed the job in one day (work done during Christmas holiday.) I would recommend to anyone looking for excellence in quality and an exceptional work ethic."

"They did great work. Easy to deal with."

"I am thrilled with the huge artwork Maintenance 1st hung on my wall. It’s perfectly centered and professionally installed . On time, friendly, and great rates….ill be using this company again. TS"

"Scott provided the lowest estimate of the three I got. He was able to schedule the job in less than a week and the job was done well and quickly as scheduled. No issues since the job was completed about a week ago. I would call him first for any other electrical work I may have in the future."

"Attention to detail and quality work at reasonable prices."

"We had windows and doors replaced and painted, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The work was done efficiently with great attention to detail, and everything was left clean and tidy. The final result really refreshed the look of our home—we’re very happy with the quality!"
