"The installation went well however because the tech only had 1 garage door opener on the truck he advised me that he would return later in the day on Wed, 3/2 or bring the garage door opener the next Thursday, 3/3. Needless to say as of today Saturday, 3/5 I have yet to get the additional opener that has been paid for. I called and left he me messages with no response. Called the business as well as him on Friday. I was told by a lady at the business that she would be lighting fire under he as well as spoke with him directly on where he advised again I would have by end of day. No such luck."

"The replacement went fine. The work was professional and at the agreed time. I was pleased with that. My only issue was with the charges. I had found the mechanism online priced at $108 (with $13 shipping). It would have arrived after my desired time frame, so I expected the locksmith would have a local resource from which to purchase at a wholesale price in a more timely manner. I expected that price to be about $60; certainly less than $100. However, I was told the locksmith paid $179! This didn't seem reasonable. Also, I did not receive an itemized receipt, only a total. After expecting to pay perhaps $150, I was actually charged almost TWICE that. So although I was happy with the work, I was certainly not happy with the price."
