"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Fortunately it turn out surprisingly well! Justin with JD Service Co. came out to service my 20 yr. old gas pack which we saw was rusted through the heat exchanger and beyond repair. Justin was a very nice, humble down to earth skilled tech and didn't to increase his service cost at all. So I decided to get a quote for a new unit & J J came by a few hours later. Also a very nice guy, no pressure sales. I decided to go with a Trane XL14 Dual Fuel LP/heat pump which J J recommended to try save some overly expensive propane. A few days later Neil and John, both very professional and nice people, brought the new unit and installed it.They did an outstanding professional clean install at a agreed upon decent price! No last minute surprise add on costs or anything. Didn't leave a speck of trash when they left. Everything looked fantastic, they even went to the trouble of covering the fresh soil rain wash area around the unit with a thick layer of gravel to prevent erosion.Great job! One thing to me that showed the character of this company is that the "John" I mentioned above is the owner of the company and seemed to be a very nice guy also. I'm just guessing but I would imagine that with a company of this size he could easily be out on the golf course so to speak, but instead here he is working hard all day in below or near freezing temps getting covered in clay mud to get us heat back. He's got my vote! Also the persons, I remember Tammy was one that stands out, I talked to on the phone calls were to co-ordinate the whole thing were extremely good communicators. They called letting me know who and when was coming, if they were going to be late or on time ect. Justin called to give me his ETA before he came out also. It was the best communication I've every had for a service company, no exception. Thank you all very much!"
