"Omar's responded to our initial inquiry within a day or two by text, and scheduled an appointment to visit very promptly. Omar spent an hour with us reviewing the work at our house. He promised to send an estimate shortly after. We followed up with text reminders and a phone call, but after two weeks had received absolutely no reply whatsoever. This is very poor communication. At the least a short note explaining why he could not, or did not want to, do the work would have been courteous. A text would have taken all of 5-10 seconds. We are disappointed because this business is in our community and we would have liked to support it."

"Manny was very quick to respond. He stayed in contact with me during the week to ensure I understood what I was paying for and he wanted to ensure he understood what I was requesting. Communication was key for me because it showed he valued me as a customer and he wanted to do the job. The painters were right on time at 8:00 and did exactly what was needed. I needed 2 bedrooms painted and had some patchwork needed from shelving that was on the wall and a black design on a wall that needed covering up. While I wouldn’t say the job was perfect (there is some paint on the ceiling and baseboards, which I wish wasn’t there. I like even painting without smudges or runoffs from the edges) I’m not nitpicking. There was some cleanup left behind for me, but very minor. Very professional and nice and I’m glad I called! Will probably use again. I have 2 bathrooms and a bedroom next on the list."

"Pro Edge Painting was awesome! They did a two-story foyer + ceilings in 11 rooms plus our garage ceiling. They did an excellent job of prepping the spaces. They fixed any nail-pops and ceiling imperfections. The team was extremely professional and hard-working, even working over 12hrs the first day. They cleaned up behind themselves, mopping floors and vacumming carpets, even re-hanging a collage of family photos exactly the way they were originally hung. I couldn't recommend them any higher. For the amount of work, it was well worth the amount we paid!"

"I hired this company based on reviews from Angie's list.  My experience was a bit different than the A + rating they had.  The answered my call for a quote and arrived on time.  The communicated in Spanish about everything.  We all walked the house together and I pointed out everything that needed painting.  We had a discussion about the master bath, the last words I heard George senior tell me was "we can fix this".  They quoted me a price of $3400.00 and said if I got everything done at once, he would take $200.00 off.  I didn't get other quotes because I just moved in and time was a factor, so I can't really comment on price.  During the week, they dropped of a large paint sample thing to make may choices from.  They arrived early to start the two-day job, a Friday and a Saturday.  They finished the job on Saturday, as promised.  My master bath was not painted, the wood on the steps was not painted, they removed all the drapery hardware and it was tossed out apparently, they took a blind down in the master bedroom and I had to remind many times for them to fix it, they did with crazy glue.  The walls and ceiling are beautiful but the trim is horrible.  I am still painting over spots that were missed or the paint was wiped off when they cleaned the floors.  There was a quarter sized drop of paint on my maple dining room table.  There was a large spot of white trim paint on the colored wall in the hall, but worst of all I continue to clean small spots and areas where there is white paint on the oak floors. They did do me one favor and lift a TV back up above the fireplace that had been taken down for painting. They did leave all the extra paint in the basement, one bucket not closed and has a paint roller floating in it.  The worst thing was them teasing my dogs and getting them agitated and pushing each other towards them and laughing.  Overall, I don't think I had an "A" experience.  Unfortunately I would not recommend them or use them again.
