Jose did a great job of trouble shooting the problem with my furnace and showed me which part was defective. He had to special order the replacement parts which took a few days. The Main Shutoff valve replacement and the Hydro Jet cleaning of the Main Sewer line was not part of the initial job to be done. Matthew authorized the added job without additional charge to the original quote I was given. Matthew and Shawn has great knowledge and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.
